The unique herd was discovered on an old abandoned dairy farm in Western Australia. Whilst running wild they reverted back to a rare Heritage Jersey breed.
Smaller in stature this tiny Jersey’s produce a luscious velvety milk that is high in A2 Protein with up to 50% more cream and protein than traditional jersey milk.
In 2012, Keith MacLaughlin, purchased some of these cows and moved to the beautiful Atherton Tablelands to dairy and grow his Heritage Jersey’s.
