Our milk is collected from pure Jersey cows across the Atherton Tablelands. It’s rich and creamy, with caramel tasting notes.
Our milk is vastly different to your average bottle of milk. For one thing it is 18% higher in protein and 20% higher in calcium than the industry average.
It’s also rich in essential vitamins and minerals such as zinc, iodine and vitamins A, B, D and E. But that silky smooth creamy texture is really down to the fat content. Our milk is all cream!
